1. Introduction & Definitions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Euro24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, particularly due to security concerns, without prior notice. However, accounts will not be closed without legitimate cause.

Members may also close their account at any time. As part of responsible gaming, a self-exclusion option is available — allowing you to lock your account for a set period or permanently. Any remaining balance after account closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded through the standard process.
